Afinata Bran is a sweet and cool drink, obtained from wild blueberries, ripe on the northern plains of Transylvania.
They are carefully collected from the foothills of the mountains and bathed in pure spring water, so that the syrup obtained is clean and healing.
After maceration, the tradition is mixed with the refined alcohol and a Romanian liqueur is poured into the bottles, according to the BRAN house recipe.
Tuica is distilled in large copper cauldrons and refined in wooden barrels, until it becomes an exceptional medicine for body and soul. The unmistakable taste of ripe plum is obtained from fruits picked at maturity, intertwined with the tradition, craftsmanship and refinement of the Bran Family, thus obtaining a liqueur from which our ancestors knew how to drink healthily.

Macallan Gold Double Cask 40% Alc.
Macallan Double Cask Gold is part of our Double Cask range, which is accompanied by the classic Macallan style and the unmistakable sweetness of American oak. Light notes of citrus and cooked sweets that dominate the palate before giving way to cinnamon, ginger and fried apples.

Tequila Clase Azul Reposado 40%
Clase Azul is a producer of traditional distillates from Mexico that offers its products to the public in unique bottles and decanters. For all expressions of Clase Azul distillates, the Mexicans choose the best examples of agave that need 6-8 years to reach maturity.
The plants are cut and left for 72 hours in old brick ovens to brown and give more sweetness when squeezed. The juice extracted from the agave is fermented and then distilled twice to obtain the purest alcohol.
For this Reposado, the tequila is masterfully aged for 8 months in barrels seasoned with American whiskey, which offer the most intense and rich flavors. The tequila is then drawn into decanters created from ceramics by Mexican artists in Santa María Canchesda. The vessel is carved, finished and painted with traditional cobalt blue motifs belonging to the ancient Mazahua people.
APPEARANCE: Golden, with intense reflections.
SMELL: The decanter brings more attention to the drink and thus the aromas of agave syrup, vanilla, candied orange and oak wood are more easily lifted. Final notes of cinnamon and banana give the drink an exotic touch and further appreciation for the work of Mexican artisans.
TASTE: Ripening brings out the unctuous and intense notes of hazelnuts, hazelnut butter and vanilla. Spices are unmistakable through notes of cloves and cinnamon.
FINISH: The finish is medium, with notes of spices and the same agave syrup that greets the senses at the beginning.

For over a hundred years, Sauvignon Blanc has been cultivated in the Dragasani region - and it seems to feel pretty good here. The deep and cold soils of the Dragasanilor hills balance the warm and continental climate of the region and help the vine develop very well in the grapes the fresh-fruiting bouquet, typical of this variety. Essential is the right time of harvest, to transfer the optimal intensity of aromas from grapes to wine.

Blend: Feteasca Regala 80%, Muscat Ottonel 20%
Muse White is the cuvee of Recas Winery dedicated to summer days! Fetească Regală and Muscat grapes are chosen and picked at the right time, to ensure an aromatic intensity and perfect freshness. After picking the grapes at night, the wine is de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Any unnecessary contact with oxygen is limited by using a film of dry ice. Thus, this white blend does not come into contact with oak or oxygen, as the wine is bottled immediately after stabilization. The result is a white wine capable of conveying the character and purity of freshly picked grapes.
Tasting notes
Color: The wine is straw-yellow, clear and bright.
Nose: it is intense and floral: rose, jasmine, complemented by notes of summer fruits: apricot, pear and melon.
Taste: light body and refreshing acidity. The alcohol is imperceptible, and the taste is slightly mentholated.

This wine has an intense, inky-dark, ruby colour. It has a powerful bouquet of fresh black blackcurrant, with a hint of toasty oak. On the palate, there is lovely depth of ripe cassis fruit overlaid with a subtle hint of vanilla.
Best served at around 18°C, with lamb and vegetable brochettes

That the resulting quality can dazzle even the most demanding wine tasters was proven by the inclusion of our Sauvignon Blanc in the First Class section of Lufthansa flights in 2008, a debut for Romanian wine in the eighty-year history of this airline.

Samburesti Chateau Valvis Cabernet Sauvignon 13%Alc.- Dry
Chateau Valvis Cabernet Sauvignon is a robust, majestic wine with discreet hints of blueberries, prunes, figs, chocolate and tobacco. It claims its bourgeois origin from the noble vineyards located in the blessed terroir of the Olt Hills and addresses a demanding, avant-garde audience.

Bauer Cabernet Sauvignon – Dry 13%
We invite you to enjoy this wine in combination with spicy food, more intense in taste: lamb, hunting or roast beef.
A very interesting association for vegetarians is Cabernet Bauer with baked potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary or grilled vegetables (pepper or eggplant).

Bauer Fetească Neagră – Dry 14,5%
Fetească Neagră is an elegant wine with an unmistakable flavor of dried plums, black raisins and cinnamon. The taste is medium-bodied, with fine acidity, fine tannins, red fruit flavors and a sweet jam on the finish.

Bauer – Merlot – dry 13,6%
For many years, a very popular wine guide has called Merlot "the work horse of the Romanian red varieties" - this means that it often produces large quantities of banal wines. But this is only one side of the medal - the Merlot in Romania can offer much more, when you value its own expression and distinct character. With the chosen plots and appropriate methods of winemaking, Merlot offers distinct, complex wines with excellent aging potential.
Moving away from mass thinking and existing standards / idols, following the philosophy of "natural creativity", we want, with Merlot Bauer, to make another statement of the impressive diversity offered by this variety.
Due to its powerful and highly expressive catastrophe, Merlot Bauer is a more consistent culinary partner - beef, game or similar. We also encourage you to experiment and enjoy the Merlot Bauer combination - chocolate and / or coffee based dessert (Chocolate Foam or Lava Cake)
To obtain a perfectly ripe material, grapes for Bauer red wines are always hand-picked and selected, grape after grape, by repeated harvesting. After descaling, the grapes are not crushed and the selected yeasts are not added. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, without controlled temperature, "pigeage" being made manually up to 3 times a day. The wines remain up to 5 weeks on the box, before pressing and pulling in small oak barrels. (225 l = barrels). The malolactic fermentation is initiated in the barrels, the wine then remaining in the barrel for at least 12 months until bottling.

Ştirbey Novac – Dry 2013 13%
Fresh acidity grants this wine high potential for many years to come, promising a host of pleasantly rounded notes when it is decanted.

Serve Terra Romana – Cuvee Charlote – Dry 14,5%
The year 2012 was a very good year in Ceptura, even though it recorded excesses of temperatures both in winter and in summer. The red varieties gave wines of a quality more than the one of the previous years.
Cuvée Charlotte 2012 again joins three varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Black Fetiche, selected from the most representative plots of our vineyards in Ceptura and aged between 8 and 12 months in oak barrels.
The wines chosen for Cuvée Charlotte are selected with great care: starting with the plots where the grapes are cooked, which are over 10 years old, and the optimum exposure benefiting from a closer monitoring during the vegetation period. They are vinified in concrete vessels, by the traditional method (manual immersion of the cap, maceration after fermentation, recovery only of the ravac wine, without pressing). Secondary fermentation (malo-lactic) is made in barrels aged between 1 and 3 years, and the maturation in the barrel lasts between 8 and 12 months, depending on the variety (black fennel spends less time in contact with oak, cabernet sauvignon more) . As the wines finish their maturation, they are drawn from barrels in small stainless steel vessels where they wait for the whole lot to be ready for final assembly. This operation can take up to 12 months, depending on its quality depending on the aging potential of the wine. The whole lot is bottled in a single print and does not undergo major conditioning; we chose to let Cuvée Charlotte express herself in her natural form. The aging in the glass lasts at least 9 months; The 2012 harvest was bottled on October 21, 2015.
This is the 13th Cuvée Charlotte we produce. It bears the name of the eldest daughter of the founder of the company, Count Guy de POIX.

For the Elite range, grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety were harvested mechanically from the plots of limited production. For 10 days, grapes were fermented in winemakers with remontage. The maturing of the wine is carried out for a period of 6-8 months, partly in a stainless steel tank, partly in old oak barrels of French oak. Elite Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine created with dedication. The assortment is characterized by remarkable freshness and fruity flavors, due to the production method used, called the délestage technique
Davino Flamboiant 2018 Vol. Alcool: 14.5%
It is produced by selective picking of grapes from the most valuable plots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Feteasca Neagra, the vine having an average age of about 37 - 40 years.

Princess Margareta Vin Rosu is the first Romanian wine made exclusively from the Marselan variety, which was planted for the first time in our country in 2005 in the Segarcea vineyards. Wine has been internationally awarded with many gold, silver and bronze medals, with 90 Parker points. To make this wine, the production was limited to 6t of grapes / hectare, to ensure the intensity and richness of the flavors. The assortment was created in a limited edition at the request of Princess Margareta. Since September 2010, Segarcea Crown Domain has become a supplier of the Royal House of Romania, regaining its established role since the establishment of King Carol I. The assortment is a complex, noble and sophisticated, with persistent and elegant pretaste.

Recas La Stejari Merlot is a wine with an intense purple red color, which opens olfactory with structured aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries and black cherries. In the background you can feel the vanilla coughs brought by the wood of the French barrels used and those of sweet spices: cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. Taste we find the same layers of black fruit, vanilla and sweet spices, along with medium acidity, body well defined by fairly high tannins, but velvety and well-integrated alcohol. A wine with a long aftertaste, suitable for aging for at least 5-7 years.

Dense ruby color with violet reflections. Olfactory, the wine presents itself intensely, immediately after opening, dominated by black fruits: blueberries in chocolate, plum from Bistrița, complemented by fresh aromas of figs and strawberries. On the palate, the wine surprises with its freshness and floral side, associated with a full, velvety body, with subtle tannins typical of this variety. Long and elegant finish with aromas of chocolate, vanilla and sweet spices: nutmeg and cardamom.

The 4 types of wine in this coupage have achieved to give the wine a special personality. The wine is smooth, friendly but not democratic with sensations reminding of plums, olives, cherries and dates. Pre-taste is really intens, reminding of the fruit.

R de Ruinart Brut- dry 12%
R de Ruinart is one of the oldest and established champagne houses, being the first producer to export Champagne. This is unique and easily recognizable, noted for its unparalleled purity.
The assemblage from which R de Ruinart is produced is composed of Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir 57% and Pinot Meunier 3%, the selection of wines is up to 10 years old, to which 20/25% of reserve wines from the previous two years.
The finished product defines a particularly chameleon champagne, balanced and relaxed, very refined, always characterized by that volume and richness that characterizes the Ruinart style. The light is a straw yellow, with slight golden reflections, with very fine and persistent perlage.
It reveals delicate notes of fruits with white pulp, apricots and delightful aromas of hazelnuts and fresh almonds. The peculiarity of floral and vegetable notes, of muffins and biscuits, give additional complexity, a clear and balanced taste.
Taittinger Brut Reserve 13% Alc.
Taittinger Brut Réserve is made from 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier. From more than 35 vineyards, only fully ripe and perfectly ripe grapes are chosen. The high percentage of Chardonnay in this blend is aged in the Taittinger cellar for a minimum of 3 years to provide the fully developed flavors of the variety and a balanced profile alongside the other two varieties.

Made entirely from the Fetească Regală grape variety, the sparkling wine contains grapes from a vine over 40 years old, which means that it has concentrated in its fruits all the unique characteristics of the Drăgășani area. The grapes are harvested by hand, then pressed together with bunches to extract all the pure flavor in a must statement for the terroir it represents. The must is kept for 2 days in stainless steel barrels, only to then be added full yeasts for complexity and depth and to be moved to oak barrels. The second fermentation process takes place in the glass, the expression being kept in the cellar in optimal conditions for aging. The result is exceptional, a sparkling wine with a fine minerality that ignites all the senses. Bauer J.O.H.A.N.N.A. Extrabrut is a sparkling wine in a limited collection of only 1500 bottles.
